Rafael Quimpo Rosell IV, born 10 November 1982 in Norway, is a Filipino-Norwegian actor in the Philippines.

A target of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration in 2002 for allegedly working in the country without authorization. But the bureau recalled the mission order ADD 335 issued against Rafael after the actor got an ID certificate of recognition as a Filipino citizen on October 18, 2002.

He was introduced by Aimee Quimpo as one of leading men of Jolina Magdangal in Star Cinema's Kung ikaw ay isang panaginip (2002).

A full-blooded Filipino, though raised in Norway, he hardly spoke Filipino/Tagalog when he arrived in the Philippines in 2002. In 2006, he was launched as a member of all-male group Coverboys with Zanjoe Marudo, Jon Avila, Victor Basa and Jake Cuenca.

He is a talent of ABS-CBN

When we were little kids,
our parents would always remind us
not to talk to strangers.

Good thing we didn't listen,
because if we did, we could never find our dear friends
because truly, every friend was once
a stranger.
