Evan Rachel Wood

Evan Rachel Wood (born September 7, 1987) is an American actress and singer. She began her acting career in the late 1990s, appearing in several television series, including American Gothic and Once and Again. She made her debut as a leading film actress in Little Secrets (2002) and became well-known after her transition to a more adult-oriented Golden Globe-nominated role in the teen drama film Thirteen (2003).

Wood continued acting mostly in independent films, including Pretty Persuasion (2005), Down in the Valley (2006), Running with Scissors (2006), and in the big studio production Across the Universe (2007). Wood's acting has drawn critical praise, and she has been described by The Guardian newspaper as being "wise beyond her years" and as "one of the best actresses of her generation." Wood was in a relationship with singer Marilyn Manson, to whom she was engaged in 2010.

Wood has described her religion as Jewish (her mother is a convert to Judaism and her father is Christian). She briefly attended Cary Elementary, a public school in Cary, North Carolina. She was home-schooled and received her high school diploma at age 15. Wood has a black belt in taekwondo. In her early teens, she was described as "the sad, introverted teen", on which she commented: "It's just a type I enjoy playing. But I don't want to be typecast as the misery chick for the rest of my career. I guess I have to watch out for that."

Wood has described herself as being "laid-back" and "not a party girl", citing her choice to stay away from what is considered a typical Hollywood lifestyle. In 2006, Wood, who was described by The Guardian as an "Anglophile", dated her "Wake Me Up When September Ends" music video co-star, English actor Jamie Bell. She is also a friend of actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt. In 2007, Wood's relationship with Marilyn Manson became public.

The two met at a party at the Chateau Marmont Hotel; Wood has stated that she was attracted to Manson's frequent use of black eye liner and once described their relationship as "healthy and loving." Two portraits of Wood, painted by Manson, have been exhibited at the Celebritarian Corporation Gallery of Fine Art. Wood is also the inspiration behind Manson's song "Heart-Shaped Glasses", and she appeared with Manson in the song's music video. Manson has said that Wood's appearance in the film was the highest-paid music video role ever. In November 2008, Wood issued a statement saying "Manson and I both decided to take some time apart so we could concentrate on work."

After a short time together again in 2009, both Manson and Wood stated that they wanted to take a break and focus on their careers. In December 2009, Manson announced that he and Wood had gotten back together. It was reported in early January 2010 that the couple were engaged to be married. On August 17, 2010, People magazine reported that the couple had ended their engagement earlier that month.

Leighton Meester

Leighton Marissa Meester (born April 9, 1986)is an American actress and singer. Meester gained fame for playing the role of Blair Waldorf in the CW young-adult television series Gossip Girl.

She most recently appeared in the 2010 country drama film Country Strong and the 2011 thriller The Roommate. As of 2011, she is set to appear in another two big screen movies: Monte Carlo, and The Oranges.

Meester was born in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Constance (née Haas) and Douglas Meester. At the time, her mother was serving a federal prison sentence for her involvement in a drug ring that smuggled marijuana from Jamaica to the United States. She was able to give birth to Leighton in a hospital and nurse her for three months in a halfway house, before returning to prison to complete her sentence. At this time Leighton's grandmother cared for her.

Meester has maintained that her parents gave her a normal upbringing and, despite their criminal past, are good people with experience that has only made Meester more open-minded and non-judgmental, "It made me realize that you can't judge anyone—especially your parents—for what they've done in their past, because people change." Meester has joked, "Look, I could've turned out a lot worse". She has cited her mother as her style icon.

Meester grew up in Marco Island, Florida, where she participated in productions at a local playhouse. When she was 11 years old, Meester and her mother moved to New York. Meester attended the Professional Children's School and also began working as a model with Wilhelmina, booking a Ralph Lauren campaign shot by Bruce Weber and working with then photographer (now film maker) Sofia Coppola as well as many commercials including Tamagotchi toys and Clearasil. Meester made her television acting debut as a murder victim's friend on an episode of Law & Order.

At 14, Meester moved to Los Angeles, California, wanting more stable work, and attended Hollywood High School and Beverly Hills High School. She then transferred to a small private school and graduated a year early.

Meester's last name is a Dutch name which means "master" or "teacher."

Rachel Bilson

Rachel Sarah Bilson (born August 25, 1981) is an American actress. Bilson grew up in a California show business family, and made her television debut in 2003, subsequently becoming well-known for playing Summer Roberts on the prime time drama series The O.C. Bilson made her film debut in the 2006 film The Last Kiss and starred in the 2008 action/science fiction film Jumper. Bilson started writing a fashion column for InStyle Magazine in May 2009.

Bilson was born in Los Angeles, the daughter of Janice (née Stango), a sex therapist, and Danny Bilson, a writer/director/producer. Her father is Jewish and her mother, a native of Philadelphia, is Italian American. Bilson's father comes from a show business family; her great-grandfather, George Bilson, (born in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England) was the head of the trailer department at RKO Pictures, her Brooklyn-born great-grandmother, Hattie Bilson, was a screenwriter, and her grandfather, Bruce Bilson, is a film director. Bilson's parents divorced during her childhood, and in 1997, her father remarried Heather Medway, an actress and the mother of Bilson's half-sisters Hattie and Rosemary.

Bilson has been noted as having a "self-destructive, rebellious period" during her teen years. When she was 14, she and a group of her brother's friends were involved in a car accident, a head-on collision with another car. As a result, Bilson was unconscious for a few days, has a scar above her right eye, and sometimes suffers from migraines and memory loss. She has stated that the experience "changed" her, encouraging her to "stop... getting into trouble" and stopping her from "going down that road" and because of this experience she learned to play the piano. Bilson graduated from Walter Reed Middle School in 1995 and from Notre Dame High School in 1999. During her time at Notre Dame, she appeared in productions of Bye Bye Birdie, Once Upon a Mattress and The Crucible.

Bilson and Adam Brody her co-star on The O.C., dated for four years. Their relationship ended in 2006. She met Hayden Christensen on the set of Jumper in 2007 and became engaged in 2008. In June 2010, US Weekly reported that they have split up. In August 2010, her rep confirmed that the couple's engagement was off. Three months later in November 2010, it was reported that Bilson and Christensen have begun dating again.

Bilson has been recognized by several media sources as being a "fashion junkie".She has described herself as having a "vintage" sense of style, and noted Kate Moss and Diane Keaton as inspirations. Her clothes often have a "boho" feel to them. She approached DKNY Jeans in late 2007 with a view to design a clothing line with the popular fashion brand. Together they created Edie Rose. The collection was launched in September 2008. It consisted of mainly black and white separates with a splash of yellow that could easily work with an existing wardrobe. Her idea was to keep fashionable items accessible to young women by keeping the prices of each piece under $100. An advertising image was released in July 2008 which featured Bilson modelling her Edie Rose collection. Of her line, she said in an interview with Teen Vogue that "I wanted to keep it as separate as possible from Rachel Bilson the actress. I'm hoping people will appreciate it for the clothes, not the person behind them." Much of her fashion collection was lost when her home was burglarized in May 2009. Before appearing in Maxim, Bilson had turned down requests to appear seminude in men's magazines, specifying that she feels that her body "is sacred" and "not there for the whole world to see". Bilson's fashions and sense of style made her the unwitting target of the Bling Ring, who burglarized her home on several occasions.
